국문 초록

본 연구는 유아의 부모가 지각하는 사회적 지지와 문화인식, 문화참여 동기 및 문화성숙도 간의 구조적 관계를 검증함으로써 이들의 문화성숙도를 높이기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기도에 거주하는 유아기 자녀를 둔 부모 630명을 대상으로 사회적 지지, 문화인식, 문화참여 동기, 문화성숙도 척도를 사용하여 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0으로 변인 간 구조적 관계를 확인하였다. 측정모형과 구조모형의 적합도는 매우 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 지지, 문화인식, 문화참여 동기 및 문화성숙도 간의 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지와 문화성숙 도 간의 관계는 문화인식과 문화참여 동기에 의해 부분 매개되었으며, 사회적 지지와 문화참여 동기 간의 관계는 문화인식에 의해 부분 매개되었다. 결론적으로 문화성숙도를 도모하기 위하여 문화에 대한 개별적 욕구를 파악하고, 문화소외계층을 위해 찾아가는 서비스 등을 통하여 실생활에서 문화를 자연스럽게 접할 수 있는 문화 인프라가 조성되어야 할 필요가 제기된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore structural relationships among social support, cultural perception, motivation of culture participation, and cultural maturity perceived of the parents with young children to provide preliminary data useful for improving cultural maturity. For this purpose, the data responded by 630 parents with 3-5 years old children in Gyeonggi-do including social support, cultural perception, motivation of culture participation and cultural maturity was analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 applying structural equation modeling. Measurement model and structure model had favorable goodness of fit. The results were as follows. First, there were positive correlations among social support, cultural perception, motivation of culture participation and cultural maturity. Second, social support and cultural maturity were mediated by motivation of culture participation and cultural maturity and social support and motivation of culture participation were mediated by cultural perception. In conclusion, it is required to investigate personal culture desire and construct culture infrastructure offering outreach service to class of cultural alienation to realize practical culture life.
