국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 온라인 학습공동체의 지식공유행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하는 데 있다. 선행 연구를 고찰하여 환경적 요인으로는 자율성, 학습자 내적요인으로는 협력성향과 다양성 수용도, 관계적 요인으로는 사회적 실재감을 선정하여 가설적 경로모형을 상정하였다. 연구를 위해 A대학 자연과학대학 바이오분야의 자발적으로 구성된 온라인 학습공동체를 선정하였으며, 학습공동체에 참여한 154명의 대학 생을 대상으로 설문을 수거하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 자율성은 협력성향과 다양성 수용도, 사회적 실재감에 직접적 영향을 미쳤으며, 사회적 실재감을 통해 지식공유행동에 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 학습자 내적요인인 협력성향은 사회적 실재감과 지식공유행동에 영향을 미쳤을 뿐만 아니라, 사회적 실재감을 통해 지식공유행동에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 다양성 수용도는 사회적 실재감에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 지식공유행동에는 직접적인 영향을 나타내지 못하였다. 또한 관계적 요인인 사회적 실재감은 지식공유행동에 유의하게 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 온라인 기반 학습공동체 에서의 지식공유행동을 촉진하기 위해 학습 환경 및 학습자 성향, 공동체 내 상호관계를 신중히 고려해야 할 것을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among learning environment factors, individual factors, relational factors, and knowledge-sharing behavior in an online learning community. Based on the literature reviews, autonomy was chosen as a learning environment factor, collaborative preference and openness to diversity were determined as an individual factor, and social presence was selected as a relational factor. The proposed path model posited that autonomy, collaborative preference, openness to diversity, and social presence influenced knowledge-sharing behavior. The model was tested with 154 Natural Science college students who have been participating in on online based learning community regarding bio-science and bio-engineering. Path analysis was performed to examine the relationship between the research variables. The results showed that autonomy had direct effects on collaborative preference; openness to diversity, social presence, and social presence had an indirect effect between autonomy and knowledge-sharing behavior. In addition, collaborative preference had direct effects on social presence, knowledge-sharing behavior and had an indirect effect on knowledge-sharing behavior. Openness to diversity affected social presence and did not affect knowledge-sharing behavior. The implications of enhancing knowledge-sharing behavior were discussed based on the findings.
