논리모델을 적용한 평생교육실습 프로그램의 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 사례분석기법인 논리모델을 적용하여 평생교육실습 프로그램의 사례를 분석하기 위해 대전․ 충남지역의 4년제 대학교에서 평생교육실습 프로그램 참여 경험이 있는 대학생 12명(남자 6명, 여자 6 명)을 대상자로 선정하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 투입과정에서는 실습생들의 실습비용은 실습기관에 따라 차이가 있었고, 대부분 표준화된 실습 매뉴얼 없이 실습이 이루어지고 있었으며, 한 기관에서 1명 정도의 실습생만을 선발하고 있었다. 또한 실습 전 사전정보․상호작용이 부족하였으나, 실습지도자의 전문성 은 어느 정도 갖추고 있었다. 활동과정에서 실습지도자는 평생교육법에 규정되어 있는 평생교육사의 업무 에 충실히 수행하고 있었으나, 실습생들은 실습지도자의 지도에 따라 실습지도자의 업무들을 보조하는 역 할을 하였으며, 실습생에 대한 실습지도자의 교육․훈련․슈퍼비전이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 산출과정에서 실습지도자와 실습생의 매칭은 대부분 1:1로 이루어졌고, 실습시간․횟수, 기간은 충분하였으나, 실습지도 자의 슈퍼비전 횟수․기간은 더 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 성과과정에서 실습생들은 평생교육실습 프로그램 에 대체로 만족 및 효과가 있었으며, 평생교육사의 직업 선택에 대해 관심을 갖게 되었으며, 평생교육기관, 평생교육프로그램, 평생교육사들을 통해 지역사회와의 연계․협력 및 세대 간 상호작용이 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개선사항으로는 평생교육사 양성교육기관을 선정․지정하여 프로젝트 공모 혜택과 예산 지원 등의 적극적인 지원과 혜택 등이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 평생교육 사 양성을 위한 평생교육실습 프로그램의 질적 수준 향상과 전문성을 갖춘 평생교육사 양성에 대한 이론 적이고 실증적인 자료에 시사점을 준다.

영문 초록

This study selected 12 persons who had an experience of participating in a lifelong education practicum program and then made an analysis in order to analyze the cases of lifelong education practicum program using logic model, case analysis method. The results of study are as follows. First, in input, trainees' practicum costs were different according to practicum site. And most of practicum is taken without standardized practicum manual. A site selected only 1 trainee or so. Advance information․interaction was insufficient before practicum. However, practicum instructor had expertise to some extent. Second, in activity, a practicum instructor faithfully performed lifelong educator's tasks specified in Lifelong Education Act. However, trainees played a role in assisting the practicum instructor with tasks according to the practicum instructor's instruction. And it was shown that practicum instructor's education․training․ supervision of trainees was insufficient. Third, in output, for the most part, practicum instructor was 1:1 matched with trainee. And the hours, frequency and duration of practice was sufficient. However, it was shown that more frequency․duration of supervision was required. Fourth, in outcome, trainees were generally satisfied with lifelong education practicum program and an effect was produced. And they became interested in choosing the long educator job. It was shown that, through lifelong education institute, lifelong education program and lifelong educators, connection․cooperation with community and interaction between generations was accomplished. Fifth, with regard to improvements, it was necessary to select․designate an educational institution for training a lifelong educator, and actively give support and incentive such as budgetary support and incentive in inviting the public to a prize contest for best projects. Therefore, this study is intended to provide theoretical and empirical data on training a lifelong educator who has expertise and an increase in the quality of lifelong education practicum program to train a lifelong educator.
