국문 초록

동북아 국가들은 고대로부터 지적제도가 성립되어 운영되고 있었으며, 서구의 영향을 받아 근대적 지적제도를 도입하게 되었다. 그러나 현재 고도화된 선진지적제도를 확립하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 동북아 국가들의 지적제도를 과거로부터 현대에 이르기까지 지적제도의 역사성과 근대지적 제도의 내용을 살펴보고, 중국의 지적조사, 일본의 국토조사사업, 한국의 지적재조사사업으로 대표되는 각 국의 지적조사유형과 법령과 기구, 조사측량, 일필지상세도 등 지적조사 내용과 특성들을 분석하여 우리나라의 효율적인 지적조사의 방향을 모색 하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

The east-north asian countries have established and managed a cadastral system from the ancient times. The modern cadastral system has been introduced by the western country's influences and each country makes efforts for upgrading and improvements of the system. The purpose of this paper is to present a direction of an effective cadastral investigation in Korea based on historical review of the cadastral system in the east-north asian countries and the analysis of the cadastral legislation and organization, a cadastral survey, a parcel description, contents of cadastral investigation and its characteristics.
