지상라이다측량 표준품셈 산정방식에 대한 연구

국문 초록

지상라이다측량은 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있지만 단가를 산정할 수 있는 표준품셈이 없어서 지상라이다가 이용되는 사업에서 사업비를 산정하는데 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 그에 따라 업체들의 과도한 가격경쟁이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 업체들의 과도한 가격경쟁으로 고품질의 성과확보에 어려움을 주고 있으며, 이것은 지상라이다측량 관련 산업분야의 발전을 저해하는 요소가 되고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 지상라이다측량을 수행하는데 필요한 투입인력 및 작업환경 등을 검토하고, 대상물에 대한 특성을 체계적으로 분석한 후, 대상물의 복잡도와 규모에 따른 계수를 분류, 목조건축물의 규모, 대상물의 수평적 접근성과 높이, 그리고 점밀도에 따른 각각의 증감계수를 산출하여 품셈산정에 반영함으로써 보다 합리적인 품이 산정 될 수 있도록 하였다.

영문 초록

Recently terrestrial LIDAR is utilized various fields of geospatial information industries. However, the difficulty lies in establishing a business plan and cost estimating because there is no standard of estimate for the unit cost calculation which gives rise to intensely competitive pricing among companies. This paper reviewed input manpower, working environment, etc. in order to carry out terrestrial LIDAR survey and reflected in the calculation of the standard of estimate through a gradient coefficient so that more reasonable cost estimating could be calculated, Lastly, the classification coefficient through complexity and size of object has been conducted, and alsi some varaibles such as the cell size of wooden building, horizontal accessibility and height, and point density were considered.
