국문 초록

최근 세계적으로 언급되고 있는 이슈로 지적과 사회의 관계에 대한 관심과 다양한 지적환경의 변화라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지적과 사회의 관계 및 연계 구조를 검토 및 분석하여 그 결과를 토대로 지적과 사회의 관계를 발전적으로 더욱 견고히 하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구범위는 지적과 사회를 연결하는 주요 매개체 및 매개체의 연계구조로 한정하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사를 통하여 2차 자료를 수집하였으며, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 체제론적 접근방법을 병용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 견지에서 검토하고자 하였다. 첫째, 지적과 사회의 관계 및 분석의 틀은 지적과 사회의 관계, 지적과 사회의 연계 매개체, 선행연구 및 접근 틀 차원에서 검토하였다. 둘째, 지적과 사회의 연계구조 분석 및 평가는 설정된 분석의 틀에 입각하여 DEMATEL법을 적용하여 연계구조 분석을 수행하였고 그 결과를 토대로 평가하는 차원에서 검토하였다. 셋째, 지적과 사회의 발전적이고 바람직한 관계 방향은 연계구조분석결과를 토대로 핵심매개체, 영향력 관계, 상호관계 등을 고려하여 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Recently, both interests in relations between cadastre and society and changes of diverse cadastral environments have been referred to across the world. Hence, the purpose of this study is not only to review and analyze the relations between cadastre and society and the linkage structure, but also to solidify the relations between cadastre and society developmentally based on the results. To achieve the objective of this research, the scope of analysis is limited to the main medium which connects cadastre with society and its linkage structure. The research is carried out through collecting the secondary data by literature review and a descriptive and systematic approach are concurrently applied as methodology. The results of this research were reviewed in terms of the following perspectives. First of all, the relations between cadastre and society and the framework were reviewed in terms of the relations and medium between cadastre and society and the literature review and framework. Secondly, as for the analysis and evaluation of linkage structure between cadastre and society, the DEMATEL method was applied based on the framework and the analysis of linkage structure was implemented. This study then moves on reviewing the results in terms of evaluation. Thirdly, the developmental and advisable directions of the relations between cadastre and society were suggested based on the analysis results of linkage structure in light of the main medium, fluence relations and correlations.
