농촌관광마을 리더의 역량분석과 역량모델 개발

국문 초록

최근 농촌관광마을사업이 급속하게 성장하고 있고, 농촌관광마을을 이끌고 있는 마을리더의 역할과 중요성에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있지만 아직 이에 대한 연구가 제대로 수행되어 있지 않다. 본 연구는 이러한 점에 착안하여 농촌관광마을에서 마을리더의 역할과 중요성을 인식하고, 농촌관광마을 리더의 역량(competency)이 무엇인가를 분석하고 역량모델을 개발하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 연구방법으로 우수한 성과자 11명에 대한 행동사건면접(BEI)을 통해 전문가 델파이 조사를 실시하여 역량을 구성하고 있는 행동지표에 대한 검증을 실시하였다. 82개의 역량을 농촌관광마을 리더 91명에 대한 설문조사를 통해 76개의 문항으로 압축하고 역량과 성과의 관계성을 검증하였다. 성과수준을 기준으로 상위집단과 하위집단으로 분류하여 집단 간 역량과의 차이점을 규명하였다. 본 연구결과 3개 역량군에 16개의 역량을 도출하였고 농촌관광마을의 우수한 성과를 위해 역량이 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 것을 검증하였다.

영문 초록

The goal of this study was to investigate the definition of a leader's competency and how the competency was expressed through specific actions. Additionally, the relationship between competency and accomplishment through the recognition of roles and the importance of the leaders in a rapid growing rural tourism community was examined. For these purposes, the Delphi test was carried out to examine the components of competency, as determined by the Behavior Event Interview of the eleven leaders who showed the most promising results. Through a survey conducted on 91 rural tourism village leaders, this study was able to verify the relationship between competency and performance. The leaders were classified as "high" or "low"based on the average of competency values that clarified the product difference of the two groups. This research is primarily conducted on the basis of three competency groups and sixteen competencies as a model, and through these we observed tint the competency of a leader had a substantial effect on the achievements within rural tourism villages.
