지체장애인의 관광활동이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 지체장애인들을 대상으로 관광활동 만족이 삶의 질 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 삶의 질과 행동의도가 어떠한 영행관계가 있는지를 실증분석함으로써 지체장애인의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 복지관광정책을 추진하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구는 조사대상자의 일반적 특성을 파악하기 위하여 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 조사대상자는 대구?경북지역에 거주하는 19세 이상의 남녀 중 관광경험이 있는 지체장애인으로 하였다. 설문조사는 2011년 7월 1일부터 7월 30일까지 전문조사원을 선발하여 각 지역에 소재하고 있는 장애인종합복지관, 장애인단체, 그리고 생활시설에 입소하고 있는 지체장애인을 대상으로 설문지 320부를 배포하여 294부를 분석자료로 이용하였다 실증분석 결과 첫째, 지체장애인의 관광활동 만족은 삶의 질 즉, 지체장애인의 자아존중, 자아성취, 대인관계 간의 구조적인 관계로 규명할 수 있다. 둘째, 지체장애인들의 관광만족과 대인관계를 규명함으로써 지체장애인의 관광활동을 통한 다양하고 다채로운 만족들의 변수가 지체장애인들의 대인관계에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 지체장애인의 관광활동 만족이 삶의 질과 행동의도에 미치는 영향에서 관광활동 만족은 재 관광활동과 활동추천에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 규명되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to obtain the basic data necessary to propel the tourism policy to enhance the quality of life of physically disabled persons by providing a plan to develop a tourism activity program tailored for them by analyzing the relationship among satisfaction of tourism activities quality of life and behavioral intentions of the physically disabled. For this purpose, the project was established as follows. First, the relationship among satisfaction of tourism activities, the quality of life and behavioral intention of the physically disabled persons who are doing the tourism activities. The population of this research is the physically disabled persons age 19 or older living in Daegu/Kyungbuk province and having tourism experience. The questionnaires were collected between July 1st , to July 30th, 2011. A total of 320 questionnaires distributed were collected, but 26 were rejected and 294 used. The result of the study shows the satisfaction of tourism activities of the disabled has a meaningful influence on self-respect among types of quality of life and the self-respect is very important to the return tourism activity intention and positive recommendation to neighboring people. Therefore, this study is judged to make the suggestion of the importance of social welfare and tourism industry" to developing the tourism activity programs for the disabled who have no problem with movability and activity and have no different understanding from general people.
