국문 초록

본 연구는 비행청소년과 일반청소년의 식습관의 비교 및 식습관에 관련된 변인들이 청소년의 폭력성향에 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 한다. 비행청소년과 일반청소년들을 대상으로 식습관의 비교 및 폭력성향에 영향정도를 살펴보기 위해 설문조사는 총 260명을 대상으로 임의추출 방식을 통해 수집되었다. 조사응답자는 첫째, 비행청소년의 경우 경북에 소재한 청소년보호관찰소 및 비행청소년 상담소에서 관찰, 보호를 받고 있는 청소년(n=150)과 둘째, 경북/대구에 소재한 중/고등학교에서 일반청소년(n=110)을 대상으로 이루어졌다. 연구결과에 따르면, 비행청소년들이 전체적으로 높은 폭력성향을 지닌 것으로 나타났다. 비행청소년의 불규칙적인 식사습관과 결식과 패스트푸드를 즐겨먹는 식습관이 도출되었으며 일반청소년에 비해 주로 단맛과 짠맛 등의 자극적인 맛을 선호하였다. 또한 간식을 자주 섭취함으로 인해 식사를 거르는 양상을 보였으며, 주로 탄산음료 및 분식이나 과자, 빵류 등 자극적이고 밀가루가 많이 함유된 음식을 섭취하였다.

영문 초록

The study examines diet habit" comparison and the effect of the variables related to diet habit on perceived aggressiveness for delinquent youth and adolescent In order to explore the diet habit and food preference of delinquent youth, the data is collected through onsite survey of 260 samples, consisting of imprisoned deviant youths(n=150) in correctional institutions and adolescent(n=110) in middle and high schools. As a result of the study, delinquent youth shows higher aggressiveness scores than that of adolescent. The diet habit of delinquent youth is featured in a way of irregular diet habit as well as skipping meals and enjoying fast food by the delinquent youth, and it also shows their preference of stimulating taste in sour taste and salty taste. In addition, due to frequent intake of snacks, they tend to skip meals, and they mainly consume soft drink, snack, cookies, bread and other stimulating and flour containing food. It don"t reveal substantial difference on diet habit and food preference following high or low deviation tendency, and diet habit.
