국문 초록

본 연구는 항공사 공항서비스 인카운터 종사자의 메이크업 유행선도력과 자기효능감, 서비스수행간의 관계를 연구하는 것이다. 아울러 선행연구를 바탕으로 개념들 간의 연구모델을 제시하였다. 인천공항과 김포공항에서 종사하는 240명의 항공사 공항서비스 인카운터 종사자를 대상으로 자료를 배포하여 229부의 설문지를 회수하였다. SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였고, AMOS 20.0을 활용하여 가설 검증 및 측정모델의 적합도를 검증하였다. 연구결과로 메이크업 유행선도력이 자기효능감과 서비스수행을 높이는데 유의한 영향을 미침을 제시하였다. 또한 데이터분석에 기초하여 이론적/관리적 함의가 도출되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among the make-up leadership, self-efficacy, and service performance for the field of air service encounter. Based on the theoretical causal relationships between the constructs proposed, a conceptual model was proposed. A total of 240 questionnaires were distributed to the service encounter employees who work at the airport in Incheon and Kimpo for the subjects and the samples for this study. 229 questionnaires were collected in this study. The frequency analysis, factor analysis, and reliability analysis were conducted using the SPSS 21.0 statistical package. AMOS 20.0 programs were utilized to test the fit of the measurement model. Data analysis indicates that make-up leadership helps to enhance self-efficacy and service performance and his(or her) self-efficacy leads to increase his(or her) service performance. Based on data analysis, theoretical/managerial implications were discussed.
