국문 초록

본 연구는 중국 산동성에 위치한 호텔 레스토랑의 물리적 환경과 이용객의 행동의도간의 구조적관계를 검증하고 그 영향요소를 파악함으로써 호텔 레스토랑의 관리자에게 실증적 시사점을 제시하고, 경쟁우위 수단으로 활용할 수 있는 물리적 환경에 대한 실질적인 마케팅 전략수립을 제안하고자 한다. 실증분석을 위해 중국 산동지역 호텔 레스토랑 이용고객들을 대상으로 2015년 4월 16일부터 4월 25일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 300부의 설문지 중 285부가 회수되었으며 불성실한 응답 9부를 제외한 276부를 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 가설 검증결과, 가설 H1의 하위가설에서는 쾌적성이 고객만족에 가장 높은 영향관계를 나타냈으며, 가설 H2의 하위가설에서도 쾌적성이 고객의 행동의도에 가장 높은 영향관계를 보여주는 것으로 나타났다. 가설 H3의 검증결과 고객만족은 고객의 행동의도에 매우 높은 영향관계를 보여주는 것으로 조사되어 전체 가설 9개 중 3개를 제외한 6개의 가설이 채택되었다.

영문 초록

It is the aim of this study to provide guideline and suggestions to hotel operators and marketers in Shandong province in China through empirical research on the structural relationship among variables involving physical environment, customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. To conduct a scientific research, customers patronizing hotel restaurants located in Shandong province in China were selected and questioned. 300 questionnaires were distributed and of those, 285 were collected but 276 were finally used for the further analysis. Nine hypothesis were extracted through reviewing related literature and out of those 9, 6 hypothesis were accepted with a statistical significance. Comfortness was regarded as the most influential sub factor of physical environment having a positive effect on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention.
