국문 초록

본 연구에서는 한류 등에 힘입어 새로운 관광수출 콘텐츠로서 높은 성장잠재력을 보유하고 있는 뷰티산업과 우수한 전문 인력과 기술력을 보유한 의료산업을 연계하여 뷰티산업 활성화 방안을 연구하고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 선행연구를 통한 뷰티의료관광 현황 및 구조, 사례조사를 검토하고 부족한 부분을 보충하기 위해 각 기관에서 발표한 보고서를 토대로 자료를 얻었다. 본 연구의 결과 요약은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의료 및 뷰티관광이 활성화되기 위해서는 국가의 적극적인 정책지원과 규제완화가 요구되며, 의료관광을 지원할 수 있는 의료 관광코디네이터 등의 전문 인력 확보 및 글로벌 마케팅 활동연구가 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 한류를 활용한 웨딩, 성형, 체험마케팅을 활용한 마케팅상품 확대와 다양성이 확보되어야 한다. 마지막으로 지역관광지에 대한 접근성 향상과 적극적인 홍보활동 등을 통하여 지역 뷰티의료관광의 활성화도 필요하다.
