국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 교육과정 개발에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 지역 산업체에서 요구하는 역량중심 인재양성과 학생들의 학습의 질 향상 등 글로벌화에 따른 대ㆍ내외 환경변화에 적응할 수 있는 고등전문직업인 양성을 위한 NCS 기반 교육과정 개발을 위해 수행되었다. 먼저 외식산업동향ㆍ인력동향ㆍ지역동향 등 외부환경을 분석하였고, 다음으로 졸업생 취업현황ㆍ현 교육과정ㆍ재학생 만족도 등 내부역량을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 산업체 요구분석 후, 이러한 자료들을 토대로 하여 외식호텔쉐프전공에서는 중식조리를, 바리스타ㆍ빠티시에전공에서는 바리스타를 핵심직무로 선정하였다. 중식조리의 경우 모든 능력단위를 4개의 교과목으로 편성하여 핵심직무 내용을 100% 완성시켰고, 바리스타의 경우에도 모든 능력단위를 6개의 교과목으로 편성하여 핵심직무 내용을 100% 완성시켰다. 나아가 취업과 관련있는 다른 직무에 대해서도 교육과정개발위원회를 통해 NCS 능력단위를 선정한 뒤, 선정된 능력단위의 내용ㆍ크기ㆍ관계 등을 고려하여 교과목으로 도출하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a curriculum based on the National Competency Standards(NCS) to raise the higher professional staffs that can adapt to environmental changes due to globalization and local industry demands and to improve the quality of learning and to accept policy of the Ministry of Education. At first, the step of curriculum development began from analyzed the external environment such as a demand prospect of labor in the field of food service industry. Next, we analyzed the internal capacity such as the graduates employment status, current curriculum and registered students satisfaction. Finally, we have established the training type of labor and educational goals after a industrial needs analysis. On the basis of the results, we chose the Chinese cuisine as a core job in the major of food service & hotel chef and barista as core job in the major of barista & patissier. We organized all competency units into four course in the case of Chinese cuisine and into six course in the case of barista. We evaluated the NCS units for other duties related to employment-related skills and composed of subjects in consideration of contents, volume and relation in the selected units.
