한국과 중국 대학생의 핵심역량 수준 및미래지향적인 핵심역량 중요도

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 대학생 핵심역량 진단도구를 활용하여 한국과 중국 대학생이 인식하는 핵심역량 수준과 미래지향적인 핵심역량 중요도를 분석하고, 그 결과를 토대로 양국 대학생의 핵심역량에 대한 인식차이를 파악하였다. 이를 위해 한국 부산과 중국 사천 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 학생 총 565명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 전반적으로 핵심역량에 대해 한국대학생이 중국대학생보다 핵심역량에 대한 인식 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그 중에서 특히 ‘의사소통능력'과 ‘대인관계능력'에서 양국 대학생 간 인식 차이가 가장 크게 나타났다. 이는 미래지향적 핵심역량의 중요도에서도 동일하게 인식하는 것으로 확인되었다. 그 외 종합적 사고력, 정보자원기술 활용능력, 글로벌역량, 자기관리능력의 중요도에서는 한국대학생과 중국대학생이 유사하게 인식하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study is intended to analyze and compare the level of core competencies and importance of future-oriented core competencies between Korean and Chinese college students. The survey questionnaire was to administered to the students in Pusan, Korea and those in Sichuan, China. It utilized the survey questions adopted from Korean Collegiate Essential Skills Assessment (K-CESA). The research variables include gender, years of study, major of 565 college students. The 6 competencies were high-order thinking competency, resources-information-technology utilization competency, interpersonal competency, communication competency, global competency, and self-management competency. On the whole, the results of the study showed that Korean college students’ core competencies level is higher than Chinese college students’. However, the largest difference between college students of two countries were communication competency and interpersonal competency. And this main difference showed in the future-oriented core competencies as well. In addition, Korean and Chinese college students have similar perception level of importance in high-order thinking competency, global competency, self- management and resources-information-technology utilization competency.
