국문 초록

본 연구는 합리적 행동이론을 기반으로 초ㆍ중ㆍ고등학교 교사들의 ADHD학생에 대한 태도 및 수업변화에 대한 의지에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인에 대한 분석을 목적으로 한다. 391명의 교사로부터 설문자료를 수집하고 구조방정식모형을 적용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과 태도와 주관적 규범은 수업변화의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, ADHD 학생에 대한 부담감은 태도에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 교사의 자기효능감은 부담감을 줄여주는 유의한 요인인 것으로 나타났지만 자기효능감과 학부모와의 상호작용은 태도에 별다른 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전체 자료를 초등교사그룹(231명)과 중ㆍ고등교사그룹(160명)으로 구분하여 그룹 간 차이분석을 통한 구조모형의 계수값 차이를 알아본 결과 중ㆍ고등학교교사그룹의 경우 부담감이 태도에 미치는 부정적 영향이 미미한 것으로 나타났으며 그 외 다른 계수 값에는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 이론적ㆍ실무적 함의도 논의하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, we developed a research model based upon theory of reasoned action(TRA) to investigate the factors influencing the attitude and the intention to provide innovative classroom management skills for students with ADHD in elementary, junior high school and high school. Based on 391 survey responses from school teachers, the hypothesized relationships were tested using the structural equation model. The statistical results indicate that attitude and subjective norm motivate teachers to provide innovative classroom management skills, and attitude is directly influenced by the sense of burden toward ADHD students. It was also confirmed that self-efficacy has significant impact on burden. But contrary to our expectation, self-efficacy and interaction with parents did not have any significant impact on attitude. The same structural model was tested with the data from each of the subsamples (231 elementary school teachers taken separately, and 160 junior highㆍhigh school teachers taken separately). Properties of the causal paths, including standardized path coefficients and the significance of difference are presented, so that we can investigate the relative influences of different dominants, demonstrating how two groups of school teachers differ in their attitude toward innovative classroom management skills. The result revealed that the sense of junior high school and high school teachers' burden has no significant impact on attitude. Implications from this study are also discussed.
