중국인을 위한 한국어 의지 표현 문형의 교육 요점 제시

국문 초록

본 연구는 보편적인 한국어 교재에 제시되지만 외국인 학습자에게 혼동을 주는 의지 표현 문형 '-(으)ㄹ 거예요', '-(으)ㄹ게요' , '-(으)ㄹ래요'에 관한 연구이다. 우선 사전, 문형ㆍ문법책에서 제시된 의지 표현 문형 '-(으)ㄹ 거예요', '-(으)ㄹ게요' , '-(으)ㄹ래요'를 살펴보고, 의지 표현의 선행 연구의 성과를 참고하여 세 개 문형의 의미적 기능과 통사적 제약을 밝히고 각각 문형 간의 공통점과 차이점을 분석하였다. 테스트 조사를 통해 중국인 학습자가 의지 표현 문형을 어떻게 이해하고 사용하는지에 대해 알아보았다. 테스트 조사 결과를 통해 중국인 학습자들이 범하는 의지 표현의 보편적인 오류를 파악하였다. 이어서 한국어 교재를 분석하여 교제에서 나타난 의지 표현 문형이 어떤 방식으로 제시되어 있는지 분석하였다. 테스트 조사와 교재 분석에서 드러난 문제점은 파악하고 부석을 하였다. 도출된 문제점을 바탕으로 중국인 학습자들에게 의지표현 문형들을 효과적으로 교육할 수 있는 교수요목(敎授要目)을 모색해 보았다. 본 연구는 의지표현 문형 '-(으)ㄹ 거예요', '-(으)ㄹ게요' , '-(으)ㄹ래요 '에 대해 중국인 학습자에게 도움이 되는 교육 요점을 제시한 연구로서 향후 한국어를 학습하는 학습자들에게 더욱 다양하고 효과적인 의지 표현 문형 교육 방안을 연구할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study is to propose an effective teaching method for the Chinese Korean learners, by explaining the difference of meaning of volitive expression, one of the modal expressions, i.e., '-l geoyeyo[ㄹ 거예요]', '-lgeyo[ㄹ게요]', '-llaeyo[ㄹ래요]'. The compositions and the substances of this study are as follows. The first chapter, by summarizing from 2 dictionaries and 2 grammar books, the concept 'volition' will be explained from a modal expressions perspective. I also compare the meanings and functions among these volitive expressions under different contexts and put forward how '-l geoyeyo[ㄹ 거예요]', '-lgeyo[ㄹ게요]', '-llaeyo[ㄹ래요]' are distinguished as volitive expressions. based on the summary of the features and functions of these target expressions mentioned in chapter 2, 114 Chinese Korean learners were recruited to have a test to investigate whether they distinguish the differences of functions and meanings. Meanwhile, the target expressions in 4 Korean textbooks from 4 Korean universities were analyzed. The results showed the symmetrical patterns between the errors in the students test and the shortcomings in the textbooks. To bring these matters to a settlement, chapter 4 presents an effective and efficient way to teach the subtle differences between the 3 volitive expressions by a) designing teaching method of each volitive expression, b) comparing teaching methods of the three expressions under different contexts. The study is significant in a way of presenting a practical teaching method that can be efficiently applied in Korean language classes for Chinese students and for other foreign learners as well. However, this study only provides one kind of teaching method. The future study will be focused on a variety of teaching methods that can make the Korean learning more interesting and efficient.
