영문 초록

The goal of this study is to produce some policy implications on efficient personal management through analyses of factors that determine job satisfaction that are viewed as important variables affecting irregular workers' job activity and organized civil activity as its manifestation. In addition, the study attempts to explain the difference in job satisfaction and organized civil activity according to the type of irregular workers' employment.In summary, the results of the research show that conditions according to the working environments and individual characteristics of irregular workers have different impacts on job satisfaction. Also, such job satisfaction has a significant influence on organized civil activity. Therefore, I believe this study could be used as a data source for the establishment of personnel management plan for irregular workers in domestic foodservice industry.
