영문 초록

This study examines the current status of family restaurant websites based on their perceived usability by customers. A total of 191 family restaurant customers participated in a quantitative survey asking them to evaluate the importance and performance of 35 websites. Results indicated a widespread desire for quick feedback to customer inquiries as well as the desire for resources dedicated to customer complaints and suggestions. A website's level of interactivity was sited as a benefit as was the uniqueness of its design and content. Family restaurants can improve their customer relationships by enhancing these aspects of their websites.
