영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of job insecurity of hotel employees on the organizational trust and organizational effectiveness. To verify the hypotheses, I collected 249 data from hotel employees of 5 stars in seoul and statistical analysis was derived by means of SPSS/PC version 15.0 statistics package and Amos 7.0. The major findings of this study were the followings: First job insecurity of hotel employees had meaningful effect on organizational trust. To put it concretely, Job insecurity had negative effect on organizational trust and Dismissal insecurity had positive effect on organizational trust. Second, organizational trust had positive effect on organizational effectiveness(job satisfaction, organizational commitment). Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of this study were presented.
