영문 초록

This study was conducted in the purpose of investigating the influence of communication style of hotel superiors on organizational commitment of subordinate employees and providing efficient management methods between communication style of superiors and organizational commitment by examining the role of regulation of rapport in the relationship between them. In doing so, total 430 copies of questionnaires were distributed to employees who worked in first-class luxury hotels located in Seoul and 395 copies of samples were used in empirical analysis. For data analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The implications according to the result of the study are as follows: in the analysis of influence relationship between communication style of superiors and organizational commitment in hotel, communications in the order of trust, expertise and control types had significant influence on the organizational commitment; in the analysis of influence of communication style of superiors on organizational commitment, it was found that rapport had regulation effect.
