식품이력추적시스템의 신뢰성과 사회적 영향이 사용의도에 미치는 영향: 친환경농산물을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 이력추적시스템의 지속적인 이용과 확산에 있어 중요한 요인을 파악하기 위해 소비자가 인식하는 친환경 농산물 이력추적시스템의 신뢰성과 사회적 영향이 기술수용모델의 유용성, 용이성을 매개로 사용의도에 미치는 영향관계를 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 이력추적시스템의 신뢰성이 용이성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 사회적 영향은 용이성과 유용성 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 이력추적시스템의 신뢰성과 사회적 영향이 사용의도에 미치는 영향에서 용이성과 유용성이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구결과를 통해 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하였다. 첫째, 친환경 농산물에 대한 소비증가와 식품안전에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있는 시점에서 기술수용모델에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 소비자들의 사용의도와의 인과관계를 검증함으로써 관련 연구에 이론적 토대를 마련하였다. 둘째, 사회적 영향을 외부변수로 채택하여 기술수용모델(TAM)에 영향을 준다는 사실을 확인함으로써 연구의 다양성에 기여할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study is to understand key factors in constant use and use increase of the traceability system by carrying out an empirical analysis on how reliability and social influence of the concerned system that consumers have had recognized affect use intention in consideration of usefulness and availability of a technology acceptance model as mediator. According to the results, the reliability of the traceability system was observed to have a significant influence on the easiness while the social influence would affect both the usefulness and easiness. In addition, in terms of the effects of the reliability and social influence of the traceability system on use intention, it was learned that the usefulness and easiness would play a mediator that influences the use intention. The results have drawn a few implications as follows. As not only is consumption of environment-friendly agricultural products on a rise but also a greater deal of interest in food safety is increasing now, the study is determined to have established a theoretical foundation by understanding influential factors in the technology acceptance model as well as proving how those factors is connected to use intentions.
