민간경비원의 직무자원동원성에 관한 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 민간경비원의 직무자원동원성을 실증적으로 분석하여, 민간경비원의 직무자원동원성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효율적 방안을 제시하고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 민간경비 산업은 우리 사회의 급속한 경제성장과 더불어 눈부신 발전을 거듭하였지만 이에 반하여 수준이 낮거나 자격이 없는 사람들의 채용도 증가하는 등 조직ㆍ운영 면에서 취약성과 문제점들이 드러나고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해서는 민간경비원의 내적역량 향상이 매우 중요하며 이와 관련되어 논의될 수 있는 개념 중의 하나가 바로 직무자원동원성이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 민간경비원들의 직무자원동원성을 고객지향성에 초점을 맞추어 이들의 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구문제를 검증하기 위하여 서울, 인천, 경기지역 민간경비원들을 대상으로 2011년 9월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 설문지를 배포하여 총 248부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 인구사회학적 특성 중 월수입과 이직경험이 직무자원동원성에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 마찬가지로 민간경비원의 직무자원동원성도 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 향후 민간경비 조직운영 및 관리방안에 필요한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

This study is made for the purpose of analyzing the private security guards' Job Resourcefulness. Consequently this study will offer effective ways to develop the private security guards Job Resourcefulness. The Private Security Guards is progressing rapidly with the economical development of our society. But the increase of the employment of the below - the- level and no license people has many weak points and problems. The inner competence of the Private Security Guards is very important to overcome the problems. In accordance with this point, we can discuss the job resourcefulness. Therefore this study will analysis the relationship between job Resourcefulness of the private security guards and customer orientation. To prove this subject, we distributed the questionnaire to the private security guards of Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi from 1st Sep. to 30th Nov. So we used 248 answers sheets for the final analysis. As the result above study, first, monthly income and turnover experiences among Sociological Characteristics influenced the Job Resourcefulness. Similarly, job resourcefulness of private security guards influenced on the customer orientation positively. On the basis of above study result, this study suggested some necessary ideas on managing and administrating the organization of private security effectively in the future.
