교수적합화된 유아체육프로그램을 통한 통합교육활동에서 장애유아들의 신체활동 수준 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 일반유치원 통합학급에서 유아체육프로그램에 참여하고 있는 장애 유아들을 대상으로 교수적합화된 유아체육프로그램을 실시하고 신체활동 수준을 분석하여 교수적합화의 중요성을 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2014년 5~6월까지 충북 C시에 위치한 J유치원과 충남 C시에 위치한 M유치원 특수학급에서 통합교육을 받고 있는 장애 유아 7명(J유치원: 3명, M유치원 4명)을 연구대상으로 선정하여 수업을 진행하였다. 녹화된 각 수업의 영상을 SOFIT(신체활동수준평가도구)을 이용하여 장애유아의 신체활동수준을 분석하였으며, 각 실험단계별 신체활동수준을 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 일반 유아체육프로그램과 교수적합화된 유아체육프로그램의 신체활동량을 분석하기 위하여 동작가속도계(Actigraph GT3X)를 이용하여 추출된 Activity Counts의 평균을 비교하였으며 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 교수적합화가 적용되지 않은 기초선 기간에는 신체활동수준이 낮게 나타났으나 중재가 적용된 구간에서는 신체활동수준이 증가했다. 둘째, 일반유아체육프로그램과 교수적합화된 유아체육프로그램의 신체활동수준 분석에서 장애유아들은 기초선 기간과 중재 기간에 앉기, 서기, 매우 활동적, 걷기, 눕기 순으로 동일하게 나타났다. 셋째, 교수적합화된 유아체육프로그램의 적용은 일반유아체육프로그램보다 장애유아의 신체활동량 증가에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

영문 초록

The goal of this study is to conduct a research on disabled children who are participating in children-exercise program in integrated classes of the kindergarten in order to confirm the importance of instructional adaptation by conducting. For the research, seven disabled children (3 from J kindergarten, 4 from M kindergarten) who were receiving integrated class instructions in special classes at J kindergarten in C city of Chungnam province and M kindergarten in C city of Chungbuk province from May to June in 2014. Physical activities level of disabled children were analyzed using SOFIT and recorded videos of classes. Also, frequency analysis was done to measure physical activities of disabled children at each stage of experiment. Moreover, average activity counts extracted from accelerometer (Actigraph GT3X) were compared in order to analyze physical activity levels of regular child exercise program and instructionally-adapted children exercise program. The following results were obtained. First, physical activity levels were low during initial stage when instruction-adaptaion was not applied while they increased during the stages when intervention of instruactional-adaptation was allowed. Second, in the comparison of physical activity levels of regular and instructionally-adapted children-exercise program disabled children showed similar frequency distribution of sitting, standing, very active, walking and lying during both initial and intervention periods. Third, instructionally-adapted children-exercise program had more positive effect on increase in physical activities of disabled children than regular children-exercise program.
