국문 초록

본 연구는 비정규직 직원들의 직무불안(job insecurity) 지각이 그들의 정보 사보타주(information sabotage)에 미치는 영향과 정보 불공정성(informational injustice)의 매개효과를 검토하고자 하였다. 연구에 사용된 표본은 수도권에 소재한 3개의 대형마트에 근무하는 135명의 비정규직 직원들로부터 획득되었다. 분석 결과는 직무불안이 정보 사보타주에 대한 예측변수가 될 뿐만 아니라 정보 불공정성이 이들 두 변수간의 관계를 완전 매개 한다는 것을 입증하였다. 이러한 연구결과들은 비정규직 직원들에게 지각된 직무불안이 평소의 정보 불공정성 경험과 결부되어 조직에 장기적으로 해를 미치는 행동을 유발하게 됨을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The study investigates the relationship between contingent workers' perceived job insecurity and their information sabotage, an under-explored area in the literature on contingent employment. We propose that their perception of job insecurity relate positively with information sabotage and the mediating role of informational injustice in the relationship. Valid and reliable self-report evaluation measures were administered to a sample of 135 contingent workers in three discount stores in South Korea. The findings using structural equation modeling (SEM) show that contingent workers' job insecurity was a significant predictor for their information sabotage and the job insecurity impact was indirect through informational injustice perception. Implications for research and practice are explored.
