국문 초록

본 연구에서는 중소기업에 있어 중요하면서 실증연구가 부족한 산업클러스터와 기업가정신, 그리고 기술혁신 과정의 체계성을 위해 반드시 고려되어야 할 혁신역량이 기술혁신에 어떤 역할을 하는지를 실증적으로 규명하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 첫째, 섬유의 산업클러스터 환경이 타 전략산업에 비해 높게 나타났으나, 기술혁신에 있어서 가장 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 지역기업의 기술혁신에 있어서 산업클러스터 환경 자체가 전적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 산업클러스터 환경 중 기업지원체계와 기술혁신 간 기술혁신능력과 기업가정신의 조절효과가 존재하며, 산업생산체계와 기술혁신 간 기업가정신의 조절효과가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전략산업 간에 기술혁신에 미치는 산업클러스터 환경의 하위체계가 서로 달랐고, 기술혁신능력과 기업가정신의 조절효과에도 차이가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

In the study, we examined the relationship between regional industrial cluster system and technological innovation including the moderating effect of entrepreneurship and technological innovation capability, which is the domain consideration in the process of technological innovation. For the purpose of the study, 848 firms in Daegu were collected and analysed. Our sample consisted of 247 textile firms, 402 mechatronics firms, 102 nanomaterials firms and 97 IT firms. The empirical study showed the following results. At first, textile industry had more favorable environment of the industrial cluster, but lower technological innovation than other industry. Second, industrial cluster system alone was not conducive to higher technological innovation. And industrial cluster system was categorized by 3 sub-system(industrial productionㆍscientific technologyㆍbusiness support system). We found the moderating effect of technological innovation capability and entrepreneurship for the relationship between business support system and technological innovation. Also, the effect of industrial production system on technological innovation was moderated by entrepreneurship. Finally, the impact of industrial cluster system and the moderating effect varied substantially across 4 industries.
