아동의 점토활동에 나타나는 표현의도와 의미를 통해 본 입체표현 발달의 재탐색

국문 초록

고대부터 현대에 이르기 까지 흙은 인간과 밀접히 관련되어 있었다. 시대가 흐르면서 흙은 예술적인 매체로 인식되고 있다. 그러므로 흙은 정신을 소여하여, 의미 적인 창조가 가능한 배제로 보 는 것도 필요하다. 그러나 학습자의 점토활동은 위와 같은 본질적인 측면을 존중하거나 의미를 창조하는 것으로 평가되지 못하였다. 표현 발달 이론은 지금도 아동의 입제표현을 이해하는데 있어 중요한 기반이 되지만 업체표현발달을 단계적인 발달로 정초화 한 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 전통적인 입체표현발달을 재고한다면 재탐색의 방향을 생각해 볼 수 있다고 보았다. 본 연구는 문헌에 나타나는 아동의 업체표현발달을 살펴보고, 학습자가 추구하는 목적과 의미와의 관계를 고찰하여 아동의 입세표현발달을 재탐색 하였다. 재탐색 내용은 아동의 입제표현발달은 다음과 같은 내용이 보완 되어야 한다고 보았다. 아동의 의도와 의미를 구체화 할 수 있어야 한다는 점과 환경과 문화적인 상호작용에서 얻은 각기 다른 경험을 서술하는 것을 주목하여야 한다는 점이다, 또한 아동은 인식자이며 지각자로 인정하고 다양한 관계들에서 경험적인 감각과 지각적인 활동이 가능하다는 점과 아동에 의해 표현된 형은 경험적인 의미와 관계되고 의미와 관련 지어지는 것이며 미적인 탐색과 탐구과정 역시 간과 하지 않아야 한다는 점을 살펴 보았다.

영문 초록

Earth has be closely related to Human being from the ancient to the present. As time passes Earth has been recognized as an artistic medium. Hence Earth can hold and express meaning of human soul. However Children's clay modeling seems to be devaluated from the essential nature and the possibility of creating meaning. Three-dimensional expressions have been tied down to a notion of developmental structure. With these considerations. a review of traditional spacial developmental stages can help clarify the uderlying problems. This study will revisit the relation between a child and clay and find potential relationships in creating meaning in children's clay modeling. The developmental stages found in other studies will be reviewed and those stages will be revaluated from the view of children's intentional meaning. Children are considered to have his/her own intentional purpose and to have ability to concretize them and be able to narrate his/her experience from the interaction with the environment. Children should be acknowledged as perceptual and cognitive beings and are able to perceive his/her environment in his/her own way. Therefore the forms created by child are related to his/her meaning, his/her experience, his/her esthetics and his/her esthetic process.
