국문 초록

완적의 오언시 「영회시」는 완적의 가장 높은 문학적 성취를 보여주는 대표 작품으로, 중국 시문학사에서 선대를 이어 시를 발전시킨 중요한 지위를 차지하고 있다. 「영회시」 속의 심상 가운데, 자연심상의 수는 이전 시인보다 훨씬 많은데, 좀 더 자세히 말하자면, 완적 「영회시」의 자연심상은 자연의 인간화ㆍ사회화ㆍ철리화를 나타낸다. 「영회시」 속 새들의 이미지는 주로 자연의 인간화를 나타낸다. 「영회시」의 새들의 이미지는 먼저, 등장 횟수가 41번으로, 그 수가 이전 시인의 것을 훨씬 뛰어 넘는다. 두 번째로, 「영회시」 속의 새들은 “고독”과 “탈속”의 이미지로 뚜렷하게 의인화된 특징을 지닌다. 외로운 새는 완적 자신을 가리키는 이미지의 상징으로, 시인 마음 속 깊은 곳의 고독을 나타낸다. “탈속”을 의미하는 새는 완적의 이상적 인간상의 추구를 중점적으로 표현함으로써, 시인의 현실 도피, 속세를 떠나고자 하는 바람을 드러내고 있다. 「영회시」의 계절적 심상은 주로 자연의 사회화를 나타낸다. 「영회시」의 계절적 심상 중 가장 빼어난 부분은 “가을” 이미지이다. 가을이라는 계절의 이미지에 내포된 쓸쓸함, 스산함, 변화 등등은 마침 당시의 시대적 상황, 현실 정치와 유사해, 당시 사회의 분위기를 은유하였으며, 완적에 의해 인용되어 더욱 쉽게 시대적 분위기의 상징이 되었다. 「영회시」에 쓰인 몇몇의 자연현상은 인생의 철학적 이치를 나타낸다. 완적은 현학자로서 「영회시」에서도 자신의 철학적 사상을 드러냈다. 예를 들면, 두 종류의 새를 대비시켜 适性自足의 사상을 표현했고, 복숭아꽃과 오얏꽃의 시듦을 통해 화무십일홍의 진리를 말하고 있다. 「영회시」는 자연의 철리화라는 특징으로 이후 현언시와 당송시기 철리시에 선구적인 의의를 지니게 된다.

영문 초록

Ruan Ji’s “Yong huai Poem” with five-characters represents his highest literary achievement, which serves as a link between past and future in Chinese poetry history. Among the images of “Yong huai Poem”, the amount of natural images is far more than those in previous poetry. Specifically, the natural images of Ruan Ji’s “Yong huai Poem” embody humanization, socialization and philosophy of nature. The birds’ images of “Yong huai Poem” reflect humanization of nature, which appear 41 times in all, far more than the times in previous poetry. Meanwhile, the images have vivid humanization traits―“sad and alone” and “isolated”, in which the alone birds represent Ruan Ji himself and show his loneliness in the depth of his heart, however, the isolated birds reflect the exploration of ideal personality and show the urgent wishes to stay away from the world. The images of season and climate mainly reflect socialization of nature, in which the most important image is “autumn”. The stagnancy, depression and changes including in the image of “autumn” is just like the social and political trait at that time, so Ruan Ji preferred to using the image as a symbol of times atmosphere. The natural phenomena in “Yong huai Poem” convey philosophy of life. As a well-known metaphysic person, Ruan Ji expressed his thinking of philosophy, for example, he used the comparison of two kinds of birds to show his self-satisfaction ideas and used the decay of flower of peaches and plums to tell the truth that the popular pole declines necessarily. The unique feature of philosophy of nature in “Yong huai Poem” has the leading meaning for the later metaphysical poetry and philosophical poetry in Tang and Song Dynasties.
