국문 초록

본 연구는 그래픽조직자를 활용한 사회과 어휘 교수 프로그램이 초등학교 사회학습부진을 보이는 학습장애 학생의 사회과 어휘 습득에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에는 사회에 어려움을 보이는 6학년 학습장애 학생 3명이 참여하였다. 중재의 효과를 조사하기 위하여 대상자간 중다간헐기초선설계를 대상 학생들에게 반복 적용하였다. 대상학생에게 약 30회기의 중재가 실시되었으며 회기 당 40분 정도의 시간이 소요되었고, 중재의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 연구자가 제작한 10개 문항의 사회과 어휘 능력 평가를 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 그래픽조직자를 활용한 사회과 어휘 교수 프로그램 적용 결과, 모든 학생의 사회과 어휘 능력이 향상되었으며, 이러한 효과는 중재 종료 후에도 유지되는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구 결과의 요약, 연구 결과의 제한점 및 향후 연구에 관한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of social vocabulary instruction through graphic organizers on social vocabulary learning of students with learning disabilities who have low-achieving. The participants were three 6th grade students with learning disabilities who have low-achieving on social studies. This experiment was conducted with multiple baseline probe design across subjects. During intervention researcher taught vocabulary words for a study period of 30 for each students, 40 minute sessions. The tests of vocabulary abilities with 10 questions were used every session to evaluate the effect of the experiment. The results of this study are as follow. The social vocabulary instruction through graphic organizers was shown clear increasing to improve social vocabulary ability of students with learning disabilities who have low-achieving and This result was maintained during maintenance. Finally, Based on the results mentioned above, Implication for practice and limit of this study’s result are discussed.
