국문 초록

의사소통장애는 지금도 우리나라에서는 인식이론의 관점을 통해 언어의 이성화, 구어적 언어만을 의미 있는 것으로 받아들이고 있다. 그러나 언어는 문화 역사적 형성 발달의 생성물이고 그로 인해 언어는 전체성, 즉 역사적, 경제적, 문화적, 사회적 관계성 모두로 이해되어져야 하며, 그에 따른 개인의 주관적 언어의 의미도 간과 되어 질 수 없다. 즉 언어는 사회-감정적 통합의 결과물이다. 이를 근거로 근접발달지대의 호감 가는 상호작용을 통해 감정적, 의미 형성된 경험을 통한 의사소통의 촉진 가능성과, 뇌의 사회성, 연대기적 합성을 근거로 손상된 언어적 뇌를 사회적 자극을 통해 촉진 가능하며, 상위 심리적 기능들의 발달에 역점을 둠으로써 손상으로 발생된 문제점에 국한된 촉진 방법이 아닌, 그 단계를 넘어서 통합적이고 상위적 기능들의 촉진을 통해 손상의 문제점을 극복할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Communicative disorders, in our country, still recognize the point of view of the theory through the isomerization of the language, colloquial language only means that is accepting. But language is the product of the formation of the cultural and historical development. Language should be understood in totality, that is historical, economic, cultural and social relationships. Accordingly the meaning of an individual’s subjective language can not be overlooked. The language ist the integration of social-emotional outcomes. Based on this, interaction through the crush zone of proximal development as basis going through emotional, meaningful experience formed, the possibility of facilitating communication, sociality of the brain, and chronological synthesis based on linguistic brain damaged can be facilitated through social stimuli. And promote ways are not limited to damage caused by the problem by placing emphasis on the development of parent psychological functioning. Beyong that stage, you can overcome the problem of corruption through the promotion of integrated and upper functions.
