학습 목표 면에서 본 국어과 교과서의 문제점과 개선 과제

국문 초록

이 논문은 학습 목표에 근거하여 2007년 개정 국어과 교과서의 문제점을 지적하고 이와 관련한 개선 과제를 제안하였다. 연구 결과를 정리하여 보면 다음과 같다. 단원 학습 목표 부분에서는 문제점으로 학습 목표 도달에 필요한 학습 요소의 반영이 누락되거나 미흡한 점, 단원 학습 목표와 차시 학습 목표 간 긴밀성이 떨어지는 점, 차시 학습 목표 간 논리적 연계성이 떨어지는 점, 학습 목표 도달에 필요한 시간 수나 지면 수가 부족한 점을 지적하였다. 차시 학습 목표 부분에서는 문제점으로 학습 목표 도달에 필요한 학습 활동의 반영이 누락되거나 미흡한 점, 학생들이 스스로 탐구해야 할 학습 문제에 대한 답을 교과서에서 일방적으로 제시하는 점, 학습 도우미(동물캐릭터)에 제시된 정보가 오히려 학습 목표 도달에 방해가 되는 점, 학습 활동 간 논리적 연계성이 미흡한 점을 지적하였다. 이러한 문제점 도출에 근거하여 다음과 같은 개선 과제를 제안하였다. 첫째, 하나의 단원에는 하나의 성취기준을 반영하는 것을 원칙으로 해야 한다. 둘째, 하나의 성취기준을 여러 단원에 분산하여 다루는 것을 지양해야 한다. 셋째, 단원별, 차시별로 시수나 지면 수를 융통성 있게 부여해야 한다. 넷째, 학습 목표 달성에 필요한 핵심 학습 요소나 핵심 학습 활동을 비중 있게 반영할 수 있어야 한다. 다섯째, 교과서는 학습 문제에 대한 답을 일방적으로 제시하기보다는 문제 해결에 필요한 방법과 단서를 제공해야 한다. 여섯째, 학습 목표 도달을 지원할 수 있는 추가 자료가 교과서와 연계하여 제공되어야 한다.

영문 초록

This research proposed an improvement subjects with problems from Korean language textbook of 2007 reorganization curriculum which is based to a learning goal. From a unit learning goal, the learning elements which is necessary to a learning goal arrival omission, or insufficiency appears, unit learning goal and per hour learning goals between relation is insufficient, the per hour learning goals between relation or logicality insufficiency be, the number of the learning time which is necessary to an unit learning goal arrival was insufficient. From per hour learning goal, the learning activities which is necessary to a learning goal arrival omission, or insufficiency appears, about learning problem the students must search oneself presents an answer unilaterally from the textbook, the help system(animal character) disrupted a learning goal arrival, the learning activities between logical connection was insufficient. It was proposed a few thing improvement subject about like this problem. To one unit only one accomplishing standard reflects the fact that with principle. one accomplishing standard must reflect to a unit only. According to the unit and per hour, time and number of page there to make be a flexibility. The core learning element or core learning activity which is necessary to a learning goal there must make reflect heavily. The textbook instead of presents an answer unilaterally must provide a method and the clue which are necessary to solve learning problem. It is provided addition information and data will be able to support a learning goal arrival with connection in the textbook.
