국문 초록

본 연구는 서울지역 장애인 직업재활 조직의 네트워크 구조적 특성에 대해 전반적으로 알아보고, 네트워크 특성에 영향을 미치는 조직 특성요인을 규명하기 위한 연구이다. 따라서 직업재활조직의 네트워크 구조적 특성을 파악하고자 사회네트워크분석(social network analysis)을 통하여 네트워크 규모, 밀도, 중심성, 집중도 등의 관계망을 분석하였고, 연구모형의 분석을 위해 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 직업재활 조직의 네트워크 고도화 단계로 추진될수록 조직간 협력관계가 낮아지는 경향이 존재하였고, 네트워크 중심조직에 대한 재평가 및 재구조화 되는 방향으로 전개될 필요가 있다. 또한, 직업재활 조직의 네트워크에 영향을 미치는 조직 특성요인을 중심으로 이끌어 낼 수 있는 논의는 직업재활 조직의 영역요인, 주서비스 이용 장애인의 장애정도, 전문 인력의 규모, 관리자의 인식이 조직간 네트워크의 활성화에 중요하게 작용되고 있어 개별조직의 네트워크 관리전략이 필요함을 보여주었다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to examine the network structure of vocational rehabilitation organizations for the disabled in Seoul and clarify the factors that affect their network characteristics. To understand the characteristics of network structure of vocational rehabilitation organizations, social network analysis was used to analyze the relation of network scale, density, centrality, and concentration and multiple regression analysis was performed to analyze the research model. In result of analysis, inter-organizational collaboration tended to decrease as the network of vocational rehabilitation organizations improved. It is necessary to reevaluate and restructure the key network organization. Also, the discussion of factors that affect the network of vocational rehabilitation organization manifested that the factors of vocational rehabilitation organizations, the degree of disability of major service users, the scale of professional manpower, and the awareness of administrators had a significant influence on the revitalization of inter-organizational network. This means that it is necessary to develop strategies to manage the network of each individual organization.
