국문 초록

이 연구에서는 특수학교에서 장소 이동 중 자해행동, 이동지연행동, 공격행동을 하는 중중 자폐 학생 1명을 대상으로 하여 개별 차원의 긍정적 행동지원이 문제 행동 감소와 이동 시간 단축에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 연구 결과, 3가지 문제행동 모두가 감소되었고 중재 전에는 할 수 없었던 현장체험 활동 참가와 교실에서의 수업 참가가 가능하게 되었다. 이러한 결과는 기능평가에 근거한 중재와 중다 요소 중재, 자폐의 특성을 고려한 중재, 그리고 자연스러운 상황에서의 중재로 논의되었다. 이 연구에서는 특수학교에서의 장소 이동 중 문제행동의 중재가 다른 장소까지 일반화되는 지 확인해보지 못하여 앞으로 장소 일반화를 알아볼 연구를 실시할 것을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of positive behavior support (PBS) intervention on problem behaviors during movement of a student with severe autism in special school. The participant was a student with severe autism. He had a difficulty in attending to class and home due to problem behaviors. The functional behavior assessment led to the hypotheses for problem behaviors during movement. The positive behavior support of setting event, antecedent, alternative behavior, and consequence behavior intervention were designed using multiple baseline design across settings. The frequency of student’s problem behavior was measured using interval recording. The results of this study were as follows: The positive behavior support intervention resulted in a reduction of the percentage rate interval of problem behaviors during movement. Follow up studies were recommended with different categories of subjects with severe autism for generalization of the effect of PBS intervention.
