정신장애인과 사례관리자가 지각한 관계가 재활성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 정신장애인의 자기효능감과 가족지지, 서비스 만족이 재활성과에 미치는 영향에서 정신장애인과 사례관리자가 각각 지각한 관계를 매개변수로 투입하여 두 모형을 비교분석하였다. 또한 사례관리자의 전문자격에 따라 차이가 있는지 다집단분석을 통해 검증해 보았다. 이를 위해 서울시에 위치한 정신장애인 사회복귀시설을 이용하는 정신장애인 432명과 담당 사례관리자 82명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료에 대한 기술적 통계분석은 SPSS 15.0을 활용하였고, AMOS 7.0을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형을 분석하고 연구가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 정신장애인이 지각한 관계는 재활성과와 직접적 효과 및 가족지지와 서비스만족과 간접효과를 가지는 것으로 나타나 관계의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 그러나 사례관리자가 지각한 관계는 재활성과에 미치는 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사례관리자의 전문자격에 따른 다집단 분석 결과 집단 간 차이가 없었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 지역정신보건서비스에서 정신장애인과 사례관리자간의 관계의 중요성을 강조하고, 재활성과에 영향을 미치기 위한 효과적인 실천전략에 대해서 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the influence of self-efficacy, family support, and customer satisfaction of persons with mental disorders on rehabilitation outcomes in community mental health. It also analyzed especially the relationship perceived by persons with mental disorders and case managers each were used as mediating factor in comparing the two models. It also evaluated the differences between path and effect depending on the qualifications of case managers through multi-group analysis. Therefore, 432 persons with mental disorders who use social rehabilitation facilities located in Seoul and 82 case managers were surveyed as research subjects in order to examine this structural model. SPSS 15.0 was used to analyse descriptive statistics in the data base and and AMOS 7.0 was used to analyse and examine the structural equation modeling and hypothesis. In this study major findings are as follows: First, it was discovered that the relationship perceived by persons with mental disorders directly affected rehabilitation outcomes and indirectly affected family support and customer satisfaction, proving the mediating effect of relationship. However, it was discovered that the relationship perceived by the case manager did not affect rehabilitation outcomes. Second, the results of multi-group analysis of case manager’s qualification dependency showed that there was no difference between the groups. Based on these study results, the importance of relationship in community mental health was emphasized, and effective practice strategy and mental health certification that will affect rehabilitation outcomes were discussed.
