영문 초록

For the effective energy management of intelligent buildings it is necessary to gather information on the position/absence of people and the level of population. In this paper the smart occupancy detection system based on the active RFID is designed to satisfy such a demand. It is composed of the following ; (1) the IT Infra architecture, (2) the essential components for the system, and (3) the algorithm for location detection. The core technology of the designed energy management system can be also applied to other fields such as security, healthcare, smart home, etc.
