영문 초록

This paper focuses on a development of the software for Back-End(B/E) line layout design of semiconductor. The software designs bays, corridors and facilities in B/E line in order to minimized flow distance between facilities. In the software, the bays are firstly determined and then, the facilities and the corridors are arranged in the bay. The soft~re supports automatic design of the bay using the developed algorithm as well as semiautomatic design by user to reflect the experience of user. The corridors and facilities are automatically arranged based on minimizing flow distance that is obtained by dijkstra algorithm. Requirements and constraints to be analyzed and adapted into the software, an architecture of the software and user interface are presented. The software is developed using MFC. The computational results show that the developed software can generate alternatives with satisfying constraints.
