국문 초록

CIS여러 지역의 한국학 관련 자료 및 한국어 교육에 대한 연구의 일환으로 본고에서는 우크라이나 지역의 한국학 자료를 조사하고 한국어 교육 실태에 관하여 조사연구 하였다. 조사 기관은 국립중앙도서관 ,키예프국립대학교 도서관, 우크 라이나 국회도서관, 우크라이나 국립문서 보관소와 역사문서 보관소로 한정하였다. 시기 구분은 1917년 혁명 이전 그리고 1917년 부터 1945년, 1945-1950년대 말, 1960년대부터-1980년대 중반 고르바쵸프의 뻬레스트로이카 그리고 그후 2000년대까지 설정하였다. 1917년 이전에는 신문이나 잡지 또는 정부 공공문서에 소수의 자료가 있었다. 1917년부터 1945년까지는 사회주의 혁명의 전파와 사상고양을 목적으로 한국학 연구가 진행되었다고 생각할 수 있다. 1945년부터 1950년대 말까지는 사회주의 블록 확장과 한국전쟁이라는 세계사적 사건 속에서 조소 동맹에 근거한 북한과의 밀접한 관계와 북한에 편향된 연구서를 발견할 수 있었다. 1960년대부터 1980년대 중반까지는 첨예한 냉전 이데올로기 속에서 우크라이나에도 나름대로 한국학의 뿌리를 내리는 시기라 파악되며 문학 역사 등의 전문 서적이나 번역서가 출간되었다. 대표적인 예로 죠브티스(Жовтіс.О)는 고려가요부터 김소월의 진달래꽃까지 번역하였다. 그후 1980년 대 중반부터 오늘날 까지는 과거 북한 편향의 연구에서 한국편향의 연구로 전환되는 모습을 볼 수 있다. 역사학자 샤브쉬나(Шабшина.Ф.И) 조선의 천리마 운동이나 사회주의 조선 등에 관하여 저술하였지만 1990년대 이후에는 친한국적인 모습을 보인다. 우크라이나의 한국한 자료는 타 CIS 지역과 중복되는 경우도 있었으며 카탈로 그를 찾아 제목 및 목차 확인에 만족해야했다. 이후 1차적인 자료를 분석하고 좀더 심도 있는 연구가 진행되어야 하리라 생각한다. 우크라이나의 한국어 교육 기관은 키예프에 키예프 외국어 대학교, 키예프국립대학교, 키예프 국제 언어법 대학 등 세 곳의 대학 기관이 있었으며 슈콜라(12년제 초중고 교육기관) 2곳, 우크라이나 제2 도시인 하리코프에 1곳의 슈콜라를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 우크라이나 전역에 퍼져있는 10여명의 선교사들은 예배 후초보적인 한국어 교육을 실시하고 있었다. 교재 및 사전 이 부족했으며 우크라이나 정부의 적극적인 지원과 한국정부나 민간단체의 교사 지원이 시급하다고 생각된다.

영문 초록

During the 2003 winter field trip, 2003 years, the text treatment of a related subject matter was written on the basis of the visit and inquiry of public institutions, libraries and educational bodies. When it inquires into Korean studies in Ukraine, it could presume that situation was not enlivened as compared with Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Russian Far East and Central Asia before CIS period. This reflects that Ukraine had showed more interest in the Near-Middle east and it is suggests that its access relatively took superficial views of the Far East. Data of state organization divided generally into 5 stages by substances and properties(Imperial rule, 1917-1945, 1945-1950s, 1960- the middle of 1980s, on and after that time-). This classification represents things as Soviet republics other than what the Ukraine is. Corresponding articles to the initial stage gave a summarized account of the Orient, Korea. Those filled the role of a guide to exoticism. Before or after World War II, publications showed a marked trend toward ideological conflict. It especially started to be witnessed a phenomenon, rendering Russian books to Ukrainians at this time. Research of Korea in 1960-1980s became abundant in quality on the base of accumulative results until now. It is very timely that Classical literature of Korean, KAPF circle, socio-titer from North Korea were introduced and their works made out. Political change of the 1990s have brought about a large reform in this type of research The established point of view broke away from the inclination of pro-north Korea, and expanding of interchange and cooperation contributed to gradually make conditions better. With the exception of such a common trend, a report included characteristic aspects of documents written in the vernacular. Ukrainian scholar’s(Г. Скалозуб, О. Жовтіс, Л. Еременко, В. Иванова...) articles in various fields, translations(Те Ги Чен , Лі Гі Эн, Хан Сер Я )and research papers(ПакІн Ро, Чон Да Сан...)were trotted out in the text. It simply added materials operation, custody and figures of pertinent institutions for investigation. In relation to education of Korean, several institutions of higher learning in Kiev with the south and eastern parts of Ukraine, Kharkiv were mentioned and made comment on Koreans residing in Ukraine.
