尙州우하리 출토 분청사기에 대한 樣式的․物性的考察

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 상주 우하리 지표조사에서 수습 된 다수 도편의 문양과 제작기법을 체계적으로 정리하고, 기물의 종류별 문양을 실측하고 과학적 분석을 실시하여 DB를 구축하고자하는데 있다. 연구의 대상 유구는 세종실록지리지에 기록 된 ｢上品｣도요지와 관계가 있는｢司膳寺｣의 관청명과 상감분청사기와 일부 인화기법이 혼용되는 도자기가 출토되는 가마터이다.도편은 질적으로 보나 양적으로 보나 최근 분청사기 도요지의 지표 수습으로는 상당히 중요한자료들이 수습되므로 보존 및 관리 방안이 모색되어야 하는 도요지로 연구의 의의가 있다.연구 방법으로는 제작기법 연구를 위하여 단면도 실측과 굽과 기벽의 형태를 파악하고, 유약및 태토의 물성분석을 위하여 도편의 조직과 유약의 상태를 분석하였으며, 조선시대 분청사기 관사명이 기록 된 다른 지역의 도편과 구조적인 차이를 과학적으로 조사하고 특징을 정리하였다. 유약 및 태토의 물성분석을 위하서는 SAM-EDS분석법을 이용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다.첫째, 연구 대상 가마터 출토 문양의 특징으로 나타나는 입면적으로 표현한 상감기법의 연화무늬와 청자의 영향을 받은 포류문 등 다양한 기법을 DB화와 고고미술사적 가치를 검토할수 있었다. 둘째, 유약 및 태토의 물성분석을 통하여 구성성분과 함께 조직을 분석하였는데,유약과 태토의 주성분에서는 ZrO 성분이 많이 함유되어 상주 우하리의 도편의 유약이 빙렬에 대한 저항도와 경도가 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 흑상감에 사용한 태토에는 Fe2O3의 함량으로 흑색의 발색을 표현하였던 것을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of study at Wooha-ri Buncheong ware kiln sites where the Buncheong ware kiln named ｢Saseonsi(司膳寺)｣is excavated is representative of a producing district in Sangju city, Kyungsangbuk-Do. And it made high quality porcelain of a variety of patterns and supplied to central government. Consequently, in this study, it will investigate historical meaning that ｢Saseon｣Sign of excavated Buncheong ware kiln gave, arrange a variety of patterns and the form of porcelains systematically. After that, it would present a important meaning in preservation of cultural heritage for conservation plans of the site that gets an archaeological and art-historical importance. In this study, it examined a producing way through the scientific principal component analysis and the structure analysis using the excavated pieces that show development process of Buncheong ware kiln based on the excavated pottery in Wooha-ri site classification data of art-historical form that it has already been presented. In methods of study, it classified analysis pieces by visible natures such as making process, patterns, and forms of the ware kiln piece and carried out the principal component analysis and the structure analysis(SEM-EDS) about the clay and the glaze. And then, it investigated relevances that the characteristic of the clay and the glaze come up to visible natures. Tje first, it re-discusses the characteristic of the excavated pottery in Wooha-ri as studying firing method about pottery pieces and it has an object that offers important data of a close examination of the pottery workshop recorded on books. The second, It examined the component and forms of the clay and the glaze using the microstructure analysis(SEM-EDS). As a result, it realized that the glaze of a piece of Wooha-ri has large resistance and hardness about ｢Bingryeol(氷裂)｣Buncheong because it contained ZrO2 in the main component of the clay and the glaze. The third, it noticed that Fe2O3 expressed discharge of black color in the clay used black inlay.
