특수아 가족과 전문가간의 바람직한 관계 정립을 위한 생태학적 접근

국문 초록

생태학적 관점에서 특수아 가족과 전문가간의 바람직한 관계를 정립하고 효율적인 교육적 개입을 시행하는데 고려하여야 할 필수적인 요소들을 고찰하였다. 특수아 가족의 심리적 적응과정과 욕구를 이해하고, 적절한 사회적 지원체계를 마련하며, 특수아 가족의 권익을 보호하는 법률을 제정하는 것이 필요하다. 특수아 가족과 전문가간의 바람직한 관계의 정립은 서로의 입장을 이해하고 수용하는 태도에서 출발한다. 특수아 가족과 전문가간의 효율적인 의사소통의 증진, 가족구성원의 욕루를 충족시키는 개별화된 접근의 시도, 특수아 가족의 교육에의 참여, 특수교육 전문 인력의 양성과 전문 분야간의 협력관계 구축, 특수교육환경 개선 등이 요구된다

영문 초록

This study investigated essential factors related to establishment of positive relationships between professionals and families of children with special needs. In ecological approach, the relationship between the organism and various environmental systems, such as the family and the community are of interest. Family is an open system because it is the product of the dynamic interaction among a set of mutually interdependent components. Family members are in continual interaction with one another and each family interacts with other families as well as with other social institutions. The positive relationships between families and experts start from understanding and accepting of each others' perspective. So based on the professional skills, concerns, and perceived importance of work with families in early intervention, experts have to try to provide available social network system for families. As well as, in a broad sense, social and national efforts are needed to prepare individualized educational approach which satisfy family member's desire, to plan multidisciplinary cooperation, and to enact laws which protect rights and interests of families with special children.
