보편적 학습 설계에 기초한 미술수업에서 학습행동에 영향을 주는 요인 탐색

국문 초록

이 연구에서는 보편적 학습 설계에 기초한 미술수업에서 학생들의 학습행동에 영향을 주는 요인을 알아보았다. 이를 위하여 보편적 학습 설계에 기초한 미술수업을 자폐 범주성 장애학생 2명과 일반학생 37명이 입급된 통합학급에서 10주간(20회기) 수업을 실시하였다. 이 연구에서는 학습행동에 영향을 주는 요인을 알아보기 위하여 단원 회기별로 수업의 흐름에 따라 도입, 전개, 정리 영역으로 교사와 학생의 발언과 행동을 비디오 촬영 후, 전사하였고, 김영천(1998)의 자료 분석 절차인 전사, 코딩, 그리고 주제발견의 3가지 절차에 따라 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 보편적 학습 설계에 기초한 미술수업에서 학습행동에 영향을 주는 요인은 교실환경, 교수법, 교과내용으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 교실환경 요인은 차이를 수용하는 교실분위기, 학습 사회공동체, 자연스런 지원으로 나타났고, 교수법 요인은 교사의 설명 방식, 교수의 수업진행 유형, 수업형태로 나타났으며, 교과내용 요인은 다양한 차이수용을 위한 학습내용, 생활맥락과 관련된 학습내용으로 나타났다. 보편적 학습 설계의 원리를 자폐 범주성 장애학생과 일반학생을 위한 미술수업 적용에 고려해야 할 요인들을 규명함으로써 향후 이러한 보편적 학습 설계의 원리가 일반교육과정과 특수교육과정의 교육과정 개발을 위한 하나의 모형과 방법론을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explored the factors that were needed to take into account fine art curriculum based on UDL. Then, UDL based visual art curriculum was developed. For this purpose, the researcher analysed the existing instruction process and class dynamics, and also, based on the analysis, explored the factors that were needed to take into account visual art curriculum based on the UDL. The subjects of this study were 2 students diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorders and 37 general students. Students' achievements and their behaviors were observed and analyzed qualitatively to find out the Learning Behavior factors of the visual art instruction with the UDL.. The results were as follows; when developing UDL-based visual art curriculum, the following learner factors as learning style, relationship among learners, problem behavior, tolerance toward differences, learners' characteristics were seriously considered. In the contents for learning, academic purposes of fine art as well as social adaptation purpose in various culture and culture about visual image had to be included. To secure students' participation, teaching methodology, socio-psychological atmosphere toward differences in the context of classroom, and physical environment had to be taken into account. The methodology was related to that makes students participate in learning consisted of lecture and class running styles of the teacher, problem behaviors of students with autism spectrum disorders, and so on. Moreover, to assess students' achievement, both diverse level and diverse ways such as observation, performance evaluation, paper-and-pencil test had to be considered. The implication of this study was as follows; First, UDL curriculum of Visual Art can be developed and implemented in the inclusive setting. Second, identified factors of UDL, in this study, Visual Art class, can be also suggested an factors of visual art curriculum for both special and general education
