국문 초록

  본 연구는 ADHD아동의 사회적 유능성과 영향요인간의 관계를 분석하기 위하여 ADHD로 진단받고 현재 약물을 복용하고 있는 초등학교 3-6학년 남아 119명과 그 어머니에게 설문조사를 하였다. ADHD아동에게는 교사 및 또래지지, 어머니에게는 자녀의 사회적 유능성과 ADHD 증상의 정도, 부모-교사 협력, 어머니의 온정ㆍ격려적 양육행동에 관한 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료에 대해 AMOS 5.0을 이용하여 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째 ADHD 증상의 정도는 아동의 사회적 유능성에 대해 다른 환경적 요인들보다 큰 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ADHD아동 어머니의 온정ㆍ격려적 양육행동은 아동의 사회적 유능성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 환경적 요인으로 나타났다. 특히 여러 사회적 환경 요인들 가운데 어머니의 온정ㆍ격려적 양육행동은 ADHD아동의 사회적 유능성에 가장 높은 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 부모-교사 협력은 어머니의 온정ㆍ격려적 양육행동을 통해 ADHD아동의 사회적 유능성에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, ADHD아동에 대한 교사지원과 또래지원 요인 모두는 ADHD 아동의 사회적 유능성에 대해 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

  The Purpose for this study is to analyze the relation between ADHD children"s social competence and its affecting variables(severity of ADHD symptoms, parent-teacher partnership, mother"s warmth, teacher"s and peer"s support). To analyze the relation between ADHD children"s social competence and its affecting variables questionnaire was held on boys in their 3-6th grades of elementary school, who was diagnosed with ADHD and on medication treatment at University hospitals and pediatric psychiatty in Busan and Gyeongnam, and their mothers, 119 persons all told. Summing up the results obtained through above data analysis is as follows.
  First, severity of ADHD symptoms was shown to affect directly or indirectly the social competence of ADHD children and proved to have the highest effect on the children"s social competence. And severity of ADHD symptoms were revealed to affect indirectly ADHD children"s development of social competence through a medium of mother"s warmth and teacher"s support. Second, mother"s warmth was revealed to affect directly ADHD children"s social competence and the influence proved to be the next higher variable than severity of ADHD symptoms. And this mother"s warmth was shown to be affected by the severity of ADHD symptoms. Third, parent-teacher partnership was shown to affect positively mother"s warmth and it was revealed to affect indirectly ADHD children"s social competence through a medium of mother"s nursing behavior. Fourth, support from teacher in class was shown to strongly affect peer"s support but not to affect significantly ADHD children"s social competence. And teacher"s support perceived by a child was revealed to be negatively affected by the severity of ADHD symptoms.
