학교교육 차원에서의 사교육비 경감 방안 모색

국문 초록

  우리나라의 과도한 교육열과 사교육비 문제의 원인을 정확하게 찾아내고 해결방안을 강구한다는 것은 어려운 일인지 모른다. 특히 사교육비 문제의 근본적인 원인은 사회구성원들의 상대적ㆍ경쟁적 교육열에 기인하는 만큼 근본적인 해결은 사회구성원들의 의식을 변화시킬 수 있는 방안에 있을 것이다. 그러나 그것은 현실적으로 너무 어렵다. 사교육비를 경감시킬 수 있는 방안들은 여러 가지 수준에서 있을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 학교교육의 차원에서 사교육비를 경감사킬 수 있는 현실적이고 실현 가능한 방안을 통해 일차적으로 학교교육의 불충분한 기능으로 인해 발생하는 사교육비를 경감시키고, 그 파급효과로 점차 상대적ㆍ경쟁적 의식에 변화를 유도할 수 있는 방안에 초점을 두었다. 구체적으로, 학생에 의한 교사수업 평가제, 교사의 수업전문성 개발, 학교교육의 다양화, 보충수업 및 특기적성교육의 활성화를 학교교육 차원에서 사교육비 경감 방안으로 살펴보았다.

영문 초록

  The purpose of this study was to search the methods to decrease Korean"s extra-education fee with the schooling dimension. Because Korean"s extra-education fee has the features of complexity, dynamic, and diversification, the work for examining the fundamental reason and exploring the methods to decrease extra-education fee is very difficult. But it is possible that there are many kinds of methods to decrease extra-education fee.
  In this study, I focused the methods to decrease extra-education fee with schooling dimension. That is, the evaluation of teacher"s instruction by students, development of specialization of teacher"s instruction, diversification of schooling, and activation of supplementary instruction.
  History comes from everyday life and events, everyday life and events come from people"s behavior, and people"s behavior comes from his recognition. Thus, if we want to mitigate the educational fever, we have to change behavior by reflecting recognition. Important thing is to change my behavior first, before asking others behavior about education fever. When we just support child by his own ability and aptitude not by parent"s desire and tenacity, the influence power for solving Korean educational fever can be practical and real.
