필지기준매칭을 위한 중앙점기반 회전매칭 알고리즘의 개발

국문 초록

  오늘날 다양한 매체가 디지털화 되면서 대부분의 의사결정이 컴퓨터를 통해 지원되고 있다. 특히 공간상에서 발생하는 다양한 의사결정은 대부분 매체간 매칭(Matching, 整合)을 통해 이루어지는데, 과거의 매칭은 종이형태의 도면과 투명지(트레싱지)를 중첩하거나 필름형태의 사진이나 영상 등을 실체시 하거나 육안으로 비교하는 방법정도였으나 최근에는 매칭기술과 방법이 다양해져 버퍼링(Buffering)분석, 중첩(Overlay)분석, 위상(Topology)구축 등 다양한 공간분석을 비롯하여 수치지도의 제작 및 갱신, 절대(TM)좌표등록, GCP(Ground Control Point), 경계복원측량, 도해법(현형법) 등의 영상정합(Image matching), 필지기준매칭 등 다양한 기법과 레이어를 이용하여 매칭(일치시킴)을 함으로서 다양한 분석이나 결과물 생성이 가능해졌다.
  본 연구에서는 여러 가지 매칭기법 중 Point좌표에 의한 점대점(Point to Point)매칭, 필지계나 지적선 등을 이용하는 선대선(Line to Line)매칭과 이를 혼용하여 위치를 결정하는 도해법(현형법) 즉 필지 기준매칭을 정량적으로 결정 할 수 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 제시하는 알고리즘은 불규칙한 다각형(지형지물의 형태)의 중앙점을 계산하고 중앙점을 기반으로 일정각을 회전함으로서 최적의 매칭패턴을 결정하는 것이다.

영문 초록

  Today, most decision making has been supported by a computer as various medium became digitalized. Especially, various decision making occurred in space is achieved through matching between features. In the past, people commonly used to overlap using the paper plan and tracing paper, visualize analog film type picture or image or compare with eyes as a method of matching. Through the matching technique and method came to be various, people can make a result using various spatial analysis method such as buffering, overlay, topology etc.,, igame mathing like digital map renewal updating, coordinate decision, GCP(Ground Control Point) etc., and land parcel based matching of cadastral survey and graphic solution method etc,. The method or techniques to various with a point to point matching by the point coordinate, a line to line matching by the similarity of the shape boundary, and the graphic solution method by the uses land boundary to be a decision location which is the method to mix this.
  In this study, algorithm which can quantitatively decide parcel based matching using both point to oint matching and line to line matching method. The algorithm(s.glee-formula) calculate middle point of irregular polygon, rotate uniform angle based on middle point and decide the most suitable matching pattern.
