지적현황 분석을 통한 지목체계 개선에 관한 연구

국문 초록

  지적은 토지의 효율적인 관리와 국민의 토지소유권 보호를 위한 국가의 고유 업무로서 공시기능의 주된 역할을 담당하고 있으며, 지적정보는 토지와 관련된 행정 및 각종 사업 등에 중요한 기초 자료로 이용되고 있다. 그러나 현대 사회가 점차 고도화ㆍ정보화ㆍ다양화됨에 따라 이러한 변화를 수용할 수 있는 지적공부 등록정보의 중요성이 높아지고 지목에 있어서도 효율적인 토지의 이용ㆍ관리를 위한 체계적인 토지분류의 필요성이 강조되고 있다.
  본 연구는 토지의 이용 실태 등 토지의 현황과 지목 설정의 연관성 분석을 중심으로 우리나라의 지목분류 체계에 대한 연구를 통하여 현행 지목 분류체계 및 표기 방법 개선으로 바람직한 지목 설정 및 활용 방안을 정립하고자 해외 지목 분류체계 관련자료 및 지적현황 조사ㆍ분석을 통하여 실질적인 지목설정 방법 도입 등 개선 방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

  The cadastre performs a primary role of function of public announcement as nature affairs of a nation for the purpose of managing land efficiently and protecting land ownership of a member of a nation. And then cadastre information is used by important foundation data for administration works and businesses of all sorts associated with land. As the modern society becomes more up-to-date, more intelligent, and more diversified, though, a marked change like these needs to use registered information of cadastral book as compared with the preceding years. And then the marked change emphasizes necessity of organized land classification for using and managing the land efficiently in use of land parcel category.
  This paper aim to set up a foundation of desirable establishment of a land parcel category and method of making full use of a land parcel category through the analysis of studies on a classification of a land parcel category in Korea focusing the analysis of a link between establishment of a land parcel category and a present situation of the land in Korea like using of a land. This paper also shows direction of improvement on actual method of establishment of a land parcel category through the analysis and the examination of a present situation of cadastre and a organization of a land parcel category in other counties.
