영문 초록

  Prostitution law which was enacted in 2003 has been criticized about its validity with various kinds of arguments constantly. However it is impossible or too early for us to evaluate its empirical aspects, this research would orient its aim to support the enaction of Prostitution law or criminal policy by evaluating its validity and achievement with long perspective.
  I have studied general prevention theory and economic analysis of law as legal foundations of validity in Prostitution law. The criticisms caused by legal theory are like this; First, the law seems to be politically biased in that it is oriented by feminism. Second, the law is unproductive because it is supposed to prevent prostitution but not sure. Third, the law is suspicious that it comes to symbolized. And then I have tried to make a suggestion that it needs to enforce the validity of Prostitution law.
