국문 초록

  지적측량process를 합리적으로 진단하고 불필요한 공정을 제거하기 위해서는 객관적이고 논리적인 진단모형이 우선적으로 요구되고, 특히 합리적이고 객관적인 진단모형의 개발은 지적측량분야에 생소한 개념이자 아직까지 접근을 시도하지 않은 새로운 영역이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 지적측량process를 진단하기 위한 진단모형을 설계하고 적용할 수 있는 방향을 모색하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 연구범위는 지적측량분야 중 지적측량process로 한정하고 조사방법은 문헌조사를 통한 2차 자료를 수집하였으며, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법을 적용하였다. 연구결과 지적측량process 진단모형은 지적측량수행과정의 현 상태와 합리적인 공정수행간의 Gap를 확인하고 향후 바람직한 상태를 상정하여 권고할 수 있도록 설계하였다.

영문 초록

  To remove unnecessary procedure and diagnose cadastral surveying rationally, objective and logical diagnosis model is desired in advance. Especially, the development of objective and logical diagnosis model is the unfamiliar cadastral surveying field concept and new area which does not try to access so far. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to design a diagnosis model to diagnose cadastral surveying process and to grope the direction to apply a diagnosis model in practice. To obtain this study purpose, the research rage was limited to cadastral surveying process among several cadastral surveying fields, a secondary data through the reference of literature was collected as the research method and a description access mothed was applied. As a result, the diagnosis model of cadastral surveying was designed to confirm the gap between the current situation and the standard process of cadastral surveying and to lay before and recommend a desirable result.
