국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 Conductive Education 프로그램을 경직형 뇌성마비 학생들에게 적용하여 뇌성마비 학생들의 자립생활에 필요한 일상생활동작에 어떠한 효과가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 경직형 뇌성마비 학생 3명을 대상으로 8주간 주 4회, 회기당 40분 동안 총 32회를 실시하였으며, Conductive Education 프로그램 중 8가지 일상생활 관련 동작 훈련을 실시하여 변화되는 과정을 살펴보았다. 이들 변화되는 과정은 연구자가 수정한 관찰 검목표를 작성하여 학생 개개인의 기능 수행 정도를 훈련 시작 시기와 훈련 4주 후, 훈련 8주 후로 3회를 기록하여 변화를 살펴보았다. 이를 분석하여 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 8가지 기능 중 ⑨등받이 없는 의자에 앉기에서 75%로 가장 큰 변화를 보였고, ①숟가락으로 먹기에서 63.3%로 가장 적은 변화를 보였다. 그러므로 Conductive Education 프로그램 훈련이 경직형 뇌성마비 학생의 일상생활동작과 관련된 기능에 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 뇌성마비 학생들에게서 자동적으로 획득하기 어려운 일상생활 수행 능력(앉기, 먹기, 입고 벗기)을 향상시키는데 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate how Conductive Education Program contributes to the improvement of spastic cerebral palsy student's activity daily living, which is required for their independent daily living. Eight kinds of motion training, which are part of Conductive Education Program, were performed toward 3 spastic cerebral palsy students for 40 minutes, 4 times a week, for 8 weeks. This study shows the progress of improvement. The summary of this study: 1. Among the eleven motion training methods, the most effective exercise is to sit in a chair that has no backside. This shows 75% improvement. The least effective exercise is eating with spoon, which shows 63.3% improvement. 2. The improvements shown in all three students, illustrates how effective this program can be to all kinds of spastic cerebral palsy students. Overall, by doing this study, we can substantiate the effectiveness of the Conductive Education Program concerning spastic cerebral palsy student's activity daily living. This program enhances the activity daily living of students, such as sitting down, putting on clothes, taking off clothes, and eating.
