중등 특수학급 교사의 수업 나눔에 관한 사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 중등 특수교사의 자발적 수업 나눔 활동을 통한 교과 교사로서의 수업에 관한 반성적 성찰에 관하여 실행된 사례 연구이다. 2019년부터 2021년까지 A시 B지역 중등 특수학급 교사 12인이 연구 참여자로서 수업 나눔 활동에 참여하였다. 중등 특수학급 교사의 수업 나눔 활동에 관한 현장 연구로 참여 관찰, 집단 면담과 문서자료 등을 수집하였다. 연구자는 2년간의 수업 나눔 활동을 통한 현장일지를 작성하여 연구자인 동시에 연구 참여자로 활동하였다. 수업 나눔을 통한 중등 특수학급 교사의 연구결과 중등 특수학급 교사의 교과수업이 갖는 의미로 수업 나눔 활동을 통한 자발적 검토를 통해 수업에 관한 반성과 대안적 검토를 하였다. 또한 수업 나눔 활동은 중등 특수학급 교사로 하여금 자신의 수업을 공개·공유함으로 수업 역량을 상호·보완하는 활동에 적극적으로 참여하여 교육과정에 근거한 교과 수업을 실행했다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted on the reflective reflection on classes as subject teachers through the voluntary class sharing activities of secondary special education teachers. From 2019 to 2021, 12 secondary special education teachers in area B of City A participated in class sharing activities as research participants. This field study on the class sharing activities of secondary special education teachers involved participant observation, group interviews, and document data. The researcher wrote a field journal through two years of class sharing activities and acted as a researcher and research participant at the same time. The results of the study on secondary special education teachers through class sharing were reflected on and reviewed alternatives through voluntary review through class sharing activities as the meaning of secondary special education teachers' subject classes. In addition, the class sharing activities allowed secondary special education teachers to actively participate in activities that complement each other's teaching capabilities by making their classes public and shared, and to implement subject classes based on the curriculum.
