장애인 평생교육 지원 충분 정도의 잠재유형 도출과 참여도에 대한 영향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애인 평생교육 지원의 충분 정도에 대한 잠재유형을 도출하고, 이러한 유형이 평생교육 참여에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 `서울시 장애인정책 특정성별영향평가: 장애인 평생교육 지원정책을 중심으로(2022)' 연구 자료를 활용하였으며, 지원의 충분 정도와 평생교육 참여 경험 등 설문에 모두 응답한 454명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 장애인 평생교육 지원의 잠재유형을 도출하기 위해 혼합분포군집분석(FMM)을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 장애인 평생교육 지원의 충분 정도는 `정보 접근 충분형'(81.5%), `기관 인프라 충분형'(10.8%), `교육 자원 충분형'(7.7%)의 세 가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 장애인의 교육수준, 인터넷활용수준, 장애정도 등에 따라 평생교육 지원 충분 정도 유형은 차이가 있었다. 셋째, `기관 인프라 충분형'이 평생교육 참여 가능성을 유의미하게 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라, 장애인 평생교육 참여 제고를 위해서는 정보 제공 중심의 지원에서 벗어나 기관 인프라와 교육자원의 균형적 확충이 필요하며, 특히 장애 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 지원체계 구축이 필요함을 시사하는 함의를 도출하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to identify latent types in the sufficiency of lifelong education support for people with disabilities and examine their impact on educational participation. Using data from the `Seoul Gender Impact Assessment on Disability Policy: Focusing on Lifelong Education Support (2022)', 454 respondents who completed surveys on support sufficiency and educational participation were analyzed. Finite Mixture Model (FMM) analysis was conducted to derive latent types of support sufficiency. First, three types were identified: `Information Access Sufficient' (81.5%), `Institutional Infrastructure Sufficient' (10.8%), and `Educational Resources Sufficient' (7.7%). Second, there were differences in the types of lifelong education support sufficiency according to the educational level, internet usage level, and disability severity of people with disabilities. Third, the `Institutional Infrastructure Sufficient' type showed significant positive effects on educational participation. The findings suggest the need for balanced enhancement of institutional infrastructure and educational resources beyond information-focused support, particularly highlighting the importance of tailored support systems considering disability characteristics.
