국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 고령층의 디지털 헬스케어 서비스의 원활한 활용을 위해 디지털 격차 감소를 위한 리터러시 정책지원 방향성을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 변천과 국내외 현황 분석을 통해 선진 디지털 헬스케어 국가의 산업 특징을 추출하였고 국내 산업의 개선 분야를 탐색하였다. 또한, 국내 노인건강 정책 현황을 분석하여 정책 핵심 목표와 나아갈 방향성을 도출하였다. 이상의 두 개의 연구 결과를 종합하고 논의하여 국내 고령층의 디지털 헬스케어를 적극 활용하기 위해 요구되는 디지털 리터러시 제고한 네 가지 정책 방향성을 도출하였다. 첫째, 고령층 대상 디지털 헬스 리터러시 교육이 필요하다. 둘째, 정부 정책의 건강정보 중요성 인식과 탐색, 취득 접근성의 개선이 요구된다.셋째, 고령층 중심의 인터페이스 인증제도 마련이 요구된다. 넷째, 고령층 건강정보 보안 강화를 위한 방안이 마련되어야 한다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore policy directions for supporting digital literacy to reduce the digital divide and facilitate the smooth utilization of digital healthcare services among the elderly. To achieve this, the study analyzes the evolution of the digital healthcare industry and its current status both domestically and internationally, extracting the characteristics of advanced digital healthcare countries and identifying areas for improvement in the domestic industry. Additionally, the study examines the current state of elderly health policies in Korea to derive key policy goals and future directions. By synthesizing and discussing the results of these analyses, the study derives four policy directions aimed at enhancing digital literacy, necessary for the elderly in Korea to actively utilize digital healthcare services. First, digital health literacy education targeting the elderly is necessary. Second, it is essential to improve awareness, search, and accessibility of health information in government policies. Third, a certification system for interfaces tailored to the elderly is required. Fourth, measures to strengthen the security of health information for the elderly must be established.
