국문 초록

최근 교육현장에서의 글쓰기 활동은 아동의 능력과 수준을 고려하지 못하여 학습자들의 글쓰기 능력은 현격하게 저하되어 있는 실정이다. 따라서 글쓰기에 대한 두려움을 자연스럽게 극복함으로써 아동의 언어 창의성 및 쓰기 표현력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 글쓰기 전략 개발이 필요하다. 새로운 합성명사를 생성하고 해석하는 것은 창의적 사고를 요구하므로 이것을 적절히 이용하면 초등학생들에게 창의적 글쓰기 능력을 증진시킬 수 있다. 개발된 모형은 현장교육전문가(초등교사 3명), 프로그램개발 전문가(교육공학자 1명)로 구성된 전문가인터뷰를 실시하여 모형의 타당성을 검증하였으며, 최종적인 새로운 합성명사를 이용한 창의적 글쓰기 활동 수업 모형은 다음과 같다. 쓰기 전 활동으로는 ① 생각 꺼내기 ② 결합개념 생성 및 해석하기 ③ 주제정하기, 쓰기 중 활동으로는 ④ 생각그물 짜기 및 묶기 ⑤ 글쓰기 ⑥ 글 다듬기, 그리고 쓰기 후 활동으로 ⑦ 작품화하기의 단계로 구성되었다.

영문 초록

Many educators have complained two problems of educational settings: 1) elementary students are lack of creative writing skills and 2) teachers do not consider the levels of students' writing ability at their classrooms. It is necessary for educators to develop a new instructional model for teaching creative writing skills which are effective to enhance students' verbal creativity. When students generate and interpret novel noun compounds, they usually use their own creative thinking. So it is possible to teach creative writing skills to elementary students by using novel noun compounds. We developed an instructional model for teaching creative writing skills on the basis of related literatures. two focus group interviews with 4 experts who were major on elementary education, teaching method, creativity, and instructional system technology. Based on the results of focus group interviews we finally developed a series of process for teaching creative writing skills to elementary students. The model contains 7 steps: ① generating new ideas ② generating noun compounds and interpreting them ③ determining the topics, ④ networking ideas ⑤Writing ideas ⑥ revising and editing ⑦ wrapping up and presenting.
